A standalone household plan — or included with any HackFirstAid plan

Protect your whole family — not just yourself.

Your plan already secures you at work. HackFirstAid Household extends that protection to the people who matter most — your partner and your kids — with training, dark-web monitoring, and step-by-step help when something goes wrong.

No extra cost. Secure login. We never sell your data.

The safest person at work can still be the easy way in at home.

Most security stops at the office door. But the riskier moments happen at home — and one of these is often how trouble reaches the whole family.

  • A partner clicks a fake delivery text.
  • A child meets a stranger in a game.
  • An old reused password turns up in a breach.

What's included

Four capabilities — built to work together, for everyone at home.

Everyone learns to spot trouble

Short, friendly security training for adults, teens, and kids — a few minutes at a time, in plain language.

We watch the dark web for you

Monitoring alerts each family member if their email or passwords show up in a breach, with clear steps to fix it. Adults and consented teens.

Calm help when something goes wrong

Step-by-step Incident First Aid for scams, account takeovers, lost devices and more — plus a path to a real HackFirstAid specialist on your plan.

See your family's protection at a glance

A Family Security Score shows where you're strong and the single next step to get safer — for everyone in the household.

Protection for every person in your home

Adults, teens, and kids each get what they actually need — not the same generic checklist.

For you & your partner

Practical habits, financial-scam and phishing know-how, securing the home network, being the family's first responder.

For teens

Age-appropriate lessons on privacy, online strangers, gaming safety, and AI fakes — supportive, never preachy.

For kids

A fun game (Cyber Heroes) that teaches the basics with badges and levels — no login required and a parent dashboard.

Spotlight · Cyber Heroes

Kids actually want to play it.

Cyber Heroes turns online safety into a game. Kids earn points, badges, and levels as they learn to build strong passwords, spot scams, and know when to tell a grown-up. You get a parent view to follow their progress.

Designed for safety: no ads, no tracking, and under-13s never get a separate login.

A security company that walks the talk

We hold ourselves to the standards we recommend to you.

Secure by design

Every adult logs in with multi-factor authentication. We recommend passkeys and never use SMS codes.

We don't track or sell you

No advertising trackers. Your family's data is yours — full stop.

Built carefully for kids

We collect as little as possible about children, and under-13s have no standalone account.

No catch

Get it on its own, or with your plan.

HackFirstAid Household can be purchased separately as a standalone subscription — or it's included at no extra cost with any paid HackFirstAid plan. Either way, your whole family gets the same protection.

  • Dark-web monitoring with clear next steps
  • Step-by-step Incident First Aid
  • Family Security Score & parent dashboard

Your family deserves the same protection you have.

Questions, answered

Straight answers, no fine print.

How much does Household cost?
You can subscribe to HackFirstAid Household on its own, or get it included at no extra cost with any paid HackFirstAid plan. See the Plans page for current pricing.
Who can I add?
Your partner or spouse, and your children. Adults and teens each get their own secure login; under-13s get a parent-supervised profile with no login.
Do my kids need an account?
Teens get a secure login with parental consent. Under-13s use a no-login, parent-supervised mode — designed for COPPA-style data minimisation.
What does the dark-web monitoring check?
Whether a family member's email or passwords appear in known breaches. Available for adults and consented teens, with clear next steps if something turns up.
Do you track us or sell our data?
No. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics on signed-in pages, and we never sell your family's data.
What happens if my plan ends?
If Household was bundled with a paid plan, access pauses when that plan ends — you can keep it going by switching to the standalone Household subscription. Your data is retained for a limited time so you can return or export what you need.
